Refunds

We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds for damaged items, if the wrong product is received, or if the product never arrives. We cannot accept returns for changes of mind. Our full Return Policy is viewable on this page.

To initiate a refund or replacement please follow the instructions on our Return Policy, or contact us at help@simplesciencesupplements.com, within 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There are two instances in which a refund may be applicable:

 

1) For returned items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from the date of approval. Please remember it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@simplesciencesupplements.com.

 

2) For missing items, wrong products, or if the product never arrives

For conditions relating to the above please refer to the Non-Receipt of Order Policy in our Shipping Policy on this page.
