Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we deliver, what it costs, and what to do if your order doesn't arrive. It applies to all orders placed with Simple Science Supplements Ltd ("Simple Science", "we", "us", or "our"). It sits alongside our Returns Policy (which covers returns and refunds) and Billing Terms and Conditions.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery options and prices

At checkout you can choose between:

  • Standard delivery — Estimated delivery 3–5 working days from dispatch. A delivery charge applies.
  • Next day delivery — Free on orders above £25, otherwise available at an additional cost shown at checkout. Estimated delivery 1–2 days from dispatch.

All prices on the website are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Once shipping is added at checkout no further charges will be made.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are fulfilled by Amazon's UK fulfilment network. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email containing a tracking link in the format https://track.amazon.co.uk/tracking/<your-order-reference>. Click the link at any time to see the latest carrier status.

If you don't see the dispatch email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at help@simplesciencesupplements.com.

Estimated delivery times

The estimates below cover the time from dispatch to delivery. Add 1 working day for order processing.

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Next day delivery: 12–48h from dispatch.

These are typical delivery windows from our carrier and not guarantees. Occasionally delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, weather disruption, public holidays, or peak periods (for example, Black Friday and Christmas). We'll always do our best to communicate proactively if a delay affects your order.

VAT and duties

Prices on the website are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Because we only ship within the UK, no import duties or international taxes apply.

If your order doesn't arrive

We follow this process for any order that hasn't arrived as expected. The exact path depends on what the tracking shows.

Marked as delivered, but you don't have it

If the tracking link shows the order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check the delivery location described in the tracking (front door, porch, neighbour, safe place).
  2. Ask anyone else at the address whether they accepted the parcel.
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark items as delivered up to a day before the parcel actually arrives.
  4. If the parcel still hasn't appeared, contact us at help@simplesciencesupplements.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, we'll offer a full refund or a free replacement.
Not marked as delivered

If your tracking shows the order is still in transit and the expected delivery window has passed, please wait until 10 working days from the date you placed the order before contacting us. Most "in transit" parcels arrive within this window. If after 10 working days the order still hasn't arrived, contact us at help@simplesciencesupplements.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, we'll offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Address requirements

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including any flat or building number, postcode, and an instruction the carrier needs (for example, an access code). We can't refund or replace orders that fail to arrive because of an incomplete or incorrect address, an address where no one is available to accept delivery, or a delivery refusal at the address. If a parcel is returned to our fulfilment centre because of an address issue or refusal, we'll contact you to either re-deliver (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Changes to this Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our delivery options, our carrier, or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
